Merry Christmas and some Notes

HO HO HO! Merry Christmas! It's that time of year again when decorations appear all over town. However, this isn't going to be a very good one for some, for others, it will be their first, some will be having their very last.

I hope that next year does become the better one yet. A lot has gone on this year and most of it stressful. Hopefully we can continue to strive for better years ahead and leave the past behind.

I also wish that blogger will fix their log in issues before the new year cause it is getting a bit out of hand...

Virtual World Stalkers

In a virtual world there is a new wave of stalker.
One that can hide and walk among the innocent.
Easily able to hide their identity just by creating a new avatar.
Is anyone ever going to be safe from the dishonest?
The answer to that lies within the victim themselves.
How you ask?
In order for a stalker to be successful, they need a willing victim.
The 'proper' victim needs to be one who is vulnerable and trusting.
This stalker knows exactly how to win over their victims.
These aren't your ordinary stalkers.
These are people using the virtual world to stalk their victims.
If they get caught, they just create a new character.
They are crafty, they can change personalities at the drop of a hat.
They sit behind their computers waiting for their next move.
What will their next step be? Only within their world they know.

2012

2012 - a year some say will be the end of the world!

I say it's just the beginning!

January:Plan ahead, spend 5 minutes hugging your kids, pets, husband, boyfriend, etc. Start on a day by day organization routine.
February: The month of love. Share 10 minutes a day with your family just enjoying them. Spend at least 1 hour a week playing board games with the family.
March: If the weather is just right, go buy or make a kite and spend a Saturday outside or if the weather is bad, spend the time indoors baking cookies or making a cake.
April: Spring is here, hopefully. Go plant some flowers together as a family. Spend 20 minutes a day helping with homework, sharing chores.
May: Spend 25 minutes outside a day with your little ones, either by watching them play, or playing right along with them. Leave the indoors behind.
June: The month of summer. Spend time jump roping, bike riding and walking in the park. Spend at least 30 minutes or more just enjoying nature.
July: Independence Day is here. Focus on the Red, White, and Blue. Decorate your house, spend lots of time reflecting what this month means to you and your family.
August: Time to wind down from the summer. Spend an hour at the beach if you can, make sand castles and sand creatures. Watch a favorite movie together, take a walk to the mall.
September: Spend at least 30 minutes with your school age child, helping them with their homework, reading, etc. Also a good idea to do some basic learning skills throughout the summer. Never too early to start. Spend 30 minutes after school doing some fun family activities.
October: Time for Halloween preparations. Start early to decide on costumes, and route. Continuing to spend precious time each day with each child.
November: The time to be thankful for all you have. Look back over the past year and remember times you were especially thankful. Have you grown as a family with your daily alotted minutes? Eat well and enjoy the holidays.
December: Merry Christmas, the most special time of year. Be excellent to each other, and live in the present and don't worry about the future. Take each day one at a time to avoid worries, stress, and unrealistic goals.
