A trick to use when managing pages without having to constantly use the move up/down

 

Highlight the page you want to move up, click move up once, then hold down the enter button watch it fly up the slots.

Creating Pages: There is a trick to make even your custom pages unique.

 

When you create a page the first thing you see in the page name box is "Your Web Page". If you don't change that before hitting the create page button it will become part of your page URL. This can be quite confusing later when trying to sort and organize pages.

Note: You can't later change that portion of your page URL. (The link name will always remain the same) Only the page name on the navigation bar to your left can be changed.

 

To keep your group pages User Friendly follow these steps:

1. Create a page with the name you want for your link,
   click create page.
2. Now click on your new page and click edit page.
3. Add your content and you won't get a page link with http://groups.msn.com/ComputerResources/yourwebpage.msnw

 Instead of simply re-naming a page when you are done with a theme or just want something different. Just create a page with the new name and transfer the old/ edited content to the new page. Then you can delete the outdated page.
